5 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 cup of Butter
2 cups of Chicken Broth
½ cup Sour Cream
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Kosher Salt

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1 stick of cold butter, cubed (If you use unsalted butter, add a pinch of salt)

1/4 cup ice water
