5 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 cup of Butter
2 cups of Chicken Broth
½ cup Sour Cream
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp. Garlic salt or 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
