I saw this recipe on Pinterest and had to try it. Only 3 ingredients and a perfect recipe to try if you have ripe bananas lying around. All you need is one box of yellow cake mix, 2 eggs, and 3 ripe bananas. Simple, moist and so yummy. You will want to eat all of it.

Ingredients
- 1 box Yellow Cake Mix Betty Crocker Super Moist
- 2 eggs room temperature
- 3 ripe bananas mashed
Servings: loafs
Instructions
- Get out your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees

- Mash your bananas using a potato masher or hand mixer

- In a large bowl using a hand mixer, blend all the ingredients together: cake mix, eggs, and mashed bananas.

- Blend everything together until smooth.

- I used PAM Baking spray in two small loaf pans and split the cake mix in half between the two pans.

- If you only want to bake one of them, you can freeze the other loaf until ready to use. Bake the loaves for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned on top. You should be able to stick a toothpick into the center and it come out dry.

- Let them sit for 5 minutes and then flip them over onto a flat surface to completely cool before slicing.

- I like to cut slices and wrap it in SARAN wrap so it stays moist longer.

- Share it with your family and friends. They will thank you later.

- This is something quick and easy that your kids will love.
