I wanted to find a fish that wouldn't taste too fishy, that wouldn't require a lot of doctoring up, and didn't have bones in it. Halibut was a perfect first fish for our baby girl to try. Madie was 10 months old when we gave her baked halibut. Super easy, flaky, and tasty. She loved it!

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400.
- Lay out your piece of halibut and rub a little olive oil on both sides
- On a small pan, line it with a piece of foil so the halibut doesn't stick to the pan
- Bake your halibut for 12-15 minutes or until completely cooked through. You want it all white throughout.
- Let it cool slightly and then give pieces to your baby. At first they will make a funny face but she actually really enjoyed it. She liked it best fresh out of the oven.
