Ingredients:
1 Nordic Ware Smiley Face Pancake pan

5 food coloring gels (red, yellow, orange, blue, and purple)
1 box of Fiber One pancake mix or your favorite pancake mix
PAM Cooking spray
Butter
Syrup
Directions:
Mix water and pancake mix together with a whisk
Use 5 bowls to mix pancake batter with food coloring gel
Heat pan on medium heat and spray pan with PAM
Scoop colored pancake gel into smiley faces on pan
When batter starts to bubble, flip each pancake over
After the pancakes are cooked, spread butter on each pancake and serve with your favorite syrup
