Carrot Wrapped Green Beans

Ingredients:
          1 pound of fresh green beans
          1 carrot stick or buy the whole bunch for snacks
          Olive oil
          Red vinegar or sweet fig vinegar
          Salt & pepper
Directions:
          Clean green beans and carrot
          Cut off ends of green beans and use a potato peeler to remove one layer from carrot
          Slice long strips of carrot to wrap around green beans
          Place 4-5 green beans together and wrap with one sliver of carrot
          Drizzle oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper on all green beans
          Lay foil on a cookie pan and bake in the oven on 400 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
Perfect side dish for any meal….
