Ingredients:
– 1 pound of fresh green beans
– 1 carrot stick or buy the whole bunch for snacks
– Olive oil
– Red vinegar or sweet fig vinegar
– Salt & pepper
Directions:
– Clean green beans and carrot
– Cut off ends of green beans and use a potato peeler to remove one layer from carrot
– Slice long strips of carrot to wrap around green beans
– Place 4-5 green beans together and wrap with one sliver of carrot
– Drizzle oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper on all green beans
– Lay foil on a cookie pan and bake in the oven on 400 for 15 minutes or until lightly browned
