1 x 16oz. can of Rosarita Spicy Refried Beans

1 x 8 oz. tub of Sour Cream

1/2 packet of Spicy Taco Seasoning  – add to sour cream or add to beef

3 cups of Mexican Cheese (we use Mexican Style Blend from Costco)

1 small can of black sliced olives

2 Roma Tomatos, chopped

Chives, chopped

Your favorite salsa

Directions:
Spread beans on bottom of baking pan (3 quart size)

In a food processor, mix sour cream and taco seasoning. Spread on top of beans

Spread your favorite salsa on top of sour cream

Spread your favorite guacamole on top of salsa

Add cooked beef if you desire or leave out the meat

Sprinkle cheese on top of guacamole

Put olives, chopped tomatoes, and chopped chives on top of the cheese

Serve with tortilla chips and salsa on the side. We like to buy authentic tortilla chips made by Casa Del Rey in San Dimas, California. Albertson’s now makes their own homemade tortilla chips that are quite authentic tasting.
