Southern Apple Crumble

Filling:
3 large apples, peeled, coarsely chopped (about 3 cups)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 to 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1/4 cup cold butter or margarine, cut into small pieces

Egg Nog

 

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 cups + 1 tablespoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3/4 cup Brandy
1/3 cup dark rum (Captain Morgan or your favorite Dark Rum)
2 cups whipping cream
2 cups milk

All liquids should be very cold. Refrigerate in advance.

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour

1/4 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder

1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon

No Bake Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies

Ingredients:

2 cups Sugar
1/3 cup of Cocoa
1/2 cup of Milk
1 stick (1/2 cup) Butter
3 cups of Oatmeal
1/2 cup Creamy Peanut Butter

Directions:

Add butter, milk, cocoa, and sugar in a pan on medium heat until everything is melted.

Heat on high heat until boiling.

Once boiling stir constantly for 3 minutes.

Remove from pan and place into a mixing bowl.

Add peanut butter and oatmeal.

1 – jar Kraft 5oz. Old English Sharp Cheddar Cheese Spread

1 – jar Roka cheese spread – Kraft 5 oz. Roka Blue Cheese

– Used shotgun shells
– T-Pins (1-1/4″, 31.8mm)
