Meatloaf Burgers

Ingredients:

1 lb. of Ground Beef 80/20

1 egg

10 saltine crackers, crumbled

½ Teaspoon of liquid smoke

1 ¼ cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce

6 Hamburger Buns

Optional: French’s French Fried Onions

Directions:

Clean and heat up your BBQ to medium heat

In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, crumbled crackers, liquid smoke, and 1 cup of BBQ Sauce

Bison Burger

Over the weekend my Husband requested a Bison Burger. This week, my mission was to make it for him. If you are not familiar with the term bison here’s what it is: the American bison (Bison bison), also commonly known as the American buffalo.
