Garlic
Tofu
Soy Sauce
Crushed Red Peppers
Lettuce
Mushrooms
Sesame Seeds
Your favorite Dressing
DIRECTIONS
In a pan, add 1 tbsp. of chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp. of EVOO (cook until brown)

Lemon Pepper Chicken

ABOVE = PAN COOKED

INGREDIENTS:
2 Chicken Breasts
4 garlic cloves chopped
EVOO
1 Lemon

PAN DIRECTIONS:
In a pan, add chopped garlic and EVOO. Cook until brown

Take 2 chicken breast and cut into strips

Rub chicken with EVOO, salt, and pepper
