I took some time off from Crossfit. #1 because I was pregnant and #2 because I found out I had bulging discs on my spine. Not sure what from, but assume after all these years of random training: karate, cheerleading, softball, triathlons, Half Ironman, riding my bike in AIDS Lifecycle from San Francisco to L.A. in one week (545 miles), Crossfit, Bikram, crashing a few times on my dirt bike, and so on.....Read More
