Ingredients:
1 lb. of Ground Beef 80/20
1 egg
10 saltine crackers, crumbled
½ Teaspoon of liquid smoke
1 ¼ cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce
6 Hamburger Buns
Optional: French’s French Fried Onions
Directions:
Clean and heat up your BBQ to medium heat
In a large bowl combine ground beef, egg, crumbled crackers, liquid smoke, and 1 cup of BBQ Sauce
Make 6 hamburger patties
Lay the patties on the grill for about 5-7 minutes then flip them as soon as the bottom side is cooked
Baste the top of the cooked patties with additional BBQ sauce
Toast your hamburger buns on the grill
Pull the burgers and buns off and top each burger with French Fried Onions
Serve with a salad, French fries, corn on the cob, or chips
