My brother Terry and I love Warehouse Pizza in La Verne, California. They are known for their delicious pizza of course and you can’t get enough of their ranch dressing. Dip your pizza in it or enjoy the Antipasta salad with half ranch and half Italian dressing. Terry sent me this recipe and told me I had to make it because it tastes identical to the Warehouse Pizza ranch.
Ingredients:
3 scallions (chives), chopped
1/4 cup basil, chopped
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, chopped
1 Tsp. kosher salt
1 Tsp. pepper
1 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup of yogurt or sour cream
1/4 cup buttermilk
Directions:
Add the scallions, basil, and garlic into the food processor until finely chopped, add in the remaining ingredients and blend until creamy. This is much thicker the second day.
