The first time I had the red velvet cheesecake was at our friend Jen’s baby shower. Her favorite is the ULTIMATE RED VELVET CAKE CHEESECAKE you can find at The Cheesecake Factory. I took one bite and instantly grabbed my camera to take a photo. I wanted to remind myself that this was one cake I needed to add to my bucket list.
