Grilled Caesar Salad

INGREDIENTS:

2 Romaine Lettuce heads

Caesar Dressing – We used Trader Joe’s Romano Caesar Dressing

Parmesan Cheese, shredded

Salt & Pepper to taste

DIRECTIONS:

Lay out a piece of foil.

Rinse lettuce and pat dry.

Cut romaine lettuce head in half. 2 heads will create 4 halves.

INGREDIENTS:

·         15 ounces penne pasta or farfalle pasta noodles
·         Cheese Sauce below (recipe follows)

Summertime Sangria

INGREDIENTS:

2 x 750mL (the same) bottles of your favorite Sauvignon Blanc wine

2 cups of St. Germain Elderflower Liqueur

Use all fresh fruit – These are suggestions and the one’s I like to use:
1 package of strawberries, remove tops and cut in half
1 package of blueberries
1 package of raspberries
3 fresh peaches, remove pit and cut into half moons

Ingredients:

1/2 cup Sugar
1/4 cup White Vinegar
1/3 cup Ketchup
1 cup salad oil or Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp. salt
