Ingredients:
– Leftover steak (I used Fleming’s Steakhouse Peppercorn NY Strip, diced)
– 1 tsp. Mexican shredded cheese
– 2 eggs
– 1-2 flour tortillas or 1-2 corn tortillas
– Butter
