Organic Baby Food ~ Applesauce
Yes, you can find many squeezable, jarred, pre-made baby foods on the market. Your local grocery store, Target, Amazon, etc. You can also find organic or regular vegetables and make your own baby food from scratch. It is really quite simple and it doesn’t take any longer than going to the store to purchase the pre-made baby food. When your baby is ready for solids, roughly around 4-6 months old…you can begin pureed fruits and vegetables. We were told to do 5 days of the same solid food to see how their tummies react. In no particular order, we began our little one on bananas, sweet potatoes, carrots, and applesauce throughout the first 30 days. It took our baby a few tries until she realized how to properly eat off of a spoon and swallow. Now she dives into the spoon and can’t eat it fast enough. So far applesauce is one of her favorites. Super easy Mom’s!
