Apple Crisp
I wanted to make something special for my dear friend Kim’s birthday. I private messaged her mom on Facebook and asked what would be a good dessert to take to Kim’s house. Apple Crisp it is! Crispy oat crumble and cinnamon spiced granny smith apples baked to perfection. Serve hot out of the oven over vanilla bean ice cream. This recipe will make two 9″ apple crisp pies.
