Instructions
  1. Get out your ingredients and preheat the oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mash your bananas using a potato masher or hand mixer
  3. In a large bowl using a hand mixer, blend all the ingredients together: cake mix, eggs, and mashed bananas.
  4. Blend everything together until smooth.
  5. I used PAM Baking spray in two small loaf pans and split the cake mix in half between the two pans.
  6. If you only want to bake one of them, you can freeze the other loaf until ready to use. Bake the loaves for 35-40 minutes or until lightly browned on top. You should be able to stick a toothpick into the center and it come out dry.
  7. Let them sit for 5 minutes and then flip them over onto a flat surface to completely cool before slicing.
  8. I like to cut slices and wrap it in SARAN wrap so it stays moist longer.
  9. Share it with your family and friends. They will thank you later.
  10. This is something quick and easy that your kids will love.
