Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients:
5 pounds Yukon Gold Potatoes
1 cup of Butter
2 cups of Chicken Broth
½ cup Sour Cream
1 tsp. Pepper
1 tsp. Kosher Salt
1 tsp.  Garlic salt or 4 fresh garlic cloves, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella
Directions:
If you are using real garlic, cook them in a  small pan on low with a little olive oil until cooked

Mashed Butternut Squash

Ingredients:

1 pound Butternut Squash, cubed
2 Tbsp. butter (more if you desire)
2 Tbsp. milk (more if you desire)
Salt & Pepper to taste

Directions:

Boil 4 cups of water and add cubed squash

When the squash is cooked through, drain the water

Use a potato masher and mash the squash until whipped looking

Add butter, milk, and salt/pepper

Super easy and healthy! Perfect in the fall.

Buffalo Chips

Ingredients:
1 Russet Potato
2 tablespoons of Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tablespoon of Garlic Festival Garli Garni – All Purpose Garlic Seasoning or make your own seasoning from garlic powder, salt and pepper

You can do this two ways: Coated with egg whites or Olive Oil

Ingredients:
4 Russet (baking) potatoes
