Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients:
1 sleeve of Ground Turkey Meat (20oz. sleeve will make 7-8 burgers) – 93% lean and 7% fat
*** You can also use ground beef or chicken breasts if you don’t like ground turkey ***
1 package of hamburger buns or Nature’s Own 100% whole wheat sandwich rolls (130 calories each)
1/2 cup of Light Mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. brown sugar
1 tsp of lemon juice
1 tbsp. of Chipotle Peppers in Adobe Sauce (bought 1 x 7oz. can of Embasa and used 2 chiles out of it)
1/2 tps. of garlic cloves
1/2 tbsp. worcestershire
1/2 pinch of cayenne pepper
Optional: 1 tbsp. of red or white onion
Slices of your favorite cheese
Salt & Pepper
Directions:
Heat up BBQ on medium heat.
Make 7-8 burgers out of turkey meat and sprinkle salt and pepper on both sides.
Spray BBQ with PAM to eliminate the burgers sticking.
Lay burgers on the BBQ and let cook on each side for about 5 minutes. I love grill marks!
Add mayo, chipotle peppers, garlic, worcestershire, lemon juice, brown sugar, onion, and cayenne pepper to food processor and blend until smooth. Put Chipotle mayo in the fridge until ready to use.
When burgers are nearly done, add slices of cheese to the top and close the lid on the BBQ to melt the cheese. You can also put the buns on the BBQ to get them toasty.
Place your burger on a bun and add as much mayo as you like. You can also add veggies to your burger and serve with your favorite chips, french fries, or side salad.
These are a little spicy. If you like it super spicy, add a couple more peppers and an extra pinch of cayenne pepper.
