Traditional Slaw Salad

 
 
Ingredients:
1 – tablespoon of Light Mayonnaise
1 – teaspoon of sugar
1 – teaspoon of apple cider vinegar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/4 cup of diced green onions
1 – 10 oz. bag of Eat Smart Broccoli Slaw ($1 on sale at Albertson’s) or slice up your own Broccoli, Carrots & Red Cabbage
Directions:
In a large bowl, blend together the first four ingredients. Add Eat Smart Broccoli Slaw and gently toss until coated. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
I took the recipe from the back of the bag and used less mayo, sugar, and cider vinegar than it called for to make it lower carb. Double the recipe, it will be worth it.
