Ingredients:
One box of Ghiradelli Triple Brownie mix (vegetable oil, water, and one egg)
Buy shortcakes at your nearby supermarket (I got mine at Henry’s)
One tub of Truwhip (Henry’s)
Jar of hot fudge
Large container of strawberries (clean and remove stems)
2 tablespoons of sugar
Directions:
Step 1: Bake one box of Ghiradelli Triple Brownies
Step 2: In a blender, blend strawberries without stems and sugar (not too smooth, lightly chunky)
Step 3: heat hot fudge in the microwave
Step 4: place warm brownies squares on plates, place one shortcake on top of each brownie, Add a spoonful of Truwhip or Cool Whip, one strawberry on the top, and drizzle some hot fudge on over the entire dessert.
